"Scharogrod" is most likely "Sharogrod", now in Ukrain ( former and alternate language names include "Sargorog", "Sharigrad", "Sharigrod" and "Szarogrod").
As for "Bodolsnoi" and "Bagniewzy" I can find no obvious matches in the former Russian Empire.
This must be by a mistranscription, or misinterpretation of handwriting. Please check the images on the original handwritten manifests, to see if you can come up with an alternate interpretation of the letters you see there.
