I located a marriage record for Max Pervin and Golda Florian; a Declaration of Intention for a Leib Pervin (born January 5, 1898 in Titus?, Russia); and an obituary for a Laib Pervin who died in 1945 in Toledo, Ohio at the age of 82.
I was unable to locate naturalization records for Max or his father Leib.
The marriage license for Max and Golda states that Max was born in Detroit, Michigan circa 14 May 1890. Perhaps his father was naturalized in Detroit rather than Toledo.
